TikTok上有着“全网最受欢迎奶奶”之称的居家达人Babs Costello，分享了一系列天然驱虫妙招，短短时间便吸引近1100万次观看。她表示，只需要一种厨房里常见的调味料，就能帮助大家在夏天远离虫害。而这个秘密武器就是肉桂Cinnamon。

Babs首先介绍，肉桂粉可以帮助减少垃圾桶里的蛆虫、苍蝇及其他小虫。做法非常简单，戴上手套后在垃圾桶底部以及垃圾桶盖内侧，轻轻撒上一层肉桂粉即可。这样能够帮助减少虫子聚集。

夏天的水果容易招来果蝇。对此，Babs建议直接在水果盘里放几根肉桂棒，就能有效减少果蝇出现。

至于大家最讨厌的蚊子，Babs也分享了一款可以自己制作的天然驱蚊喷雾。取肉桂粉2茶匙、温水4杯、医用酒精1/2茶匙、洗洁精1/2 茶匙。

1. 将肉桂粉加入4杯温水中搅拌均匀

2. 静置浸泡一段时间

3. 将液体过滤后倒入喷雾瓶

4. 加入半茶匙医用酒精

5. 再加入半茶匙洗洁精

6. 摇匀后即可喷洒使用
